Before the Supreme Court decision in Gonzales v. Carhart was issued, the Federalist Society sponsored an electronic debate between JCN legal counsel Wendy E. Long and Jennifer Brown, legal director of Legal Momentum (formerly NOW), on the subject of the partial birth abortion case and the underlying abortion issues before the Supreme Court.
